Central Laitiere Vallée d'Aoste
One of the cheeses that has grown greatly in fame and quality in the Aosta Valley in recent years. Produced by Central Laitière, which collects fresh milk every day from the best Aosta Valley producers, it is processed with Rocquefort mould. With a medium texture and a strong flavour, it is one of the cheeses that cannot be missed when returning from a holiday in our valley.
Ingredients: pasteurized whole MILK , salt, rennet, lactic ferments, specific mold (Penicillium Roqueforti).
