Clarified Butter was created to best preserve butter. The clarification process allows you to eliminate the water and milk proteins present in the butter.

Recommendations for use: excellent in the kitchen and ideal for frying.

Product WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND COLORINGS.
GLUTEN FREE product.
Product WITHOUT LACTOSE.
Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at a temperature between +2°/+6° C and consume within 3 days.
