Poésie Chocolat Artisanal de Montagne, artisanal mountain chocolate, was born in Valle D'Aosta in 2018, in the headquarters of Pépinière d'Entreprises in Aosta.

Our great passion for chocolate, combined with a deep love for nature, gave life to a dream that we realized through the creation of this company.
Poésie Chocolat uses excellent and delicious qualities of chocolate, enriched with flavours, images and colors of a rich and uncontaminated mountain nature, in particular of our dear Aosta Valley.
