Dedicated to Giorgio Anselmet's son, Henri is a 100% Syrah coming from 2 parcels in the municipality of Villeneuve and Saint-Pierre. Vinified in red, it receives a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days with 10% whole grapes.
The aromas are characteristic of Syrah, black pepper and spices, red fruits, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and a note of vanilla and cocoa.
