Le Prisonnier

Le Prisonnier comes from a vineyard "prisoner" of the rocks, thanks to this particularity the grapes benefit from the temperature range and are enriched in intensity and aromas. Very few bottles are produced per year, vinified in red, with slightly dried grapes, resting for 18 months in barriques.
A complex wine rich in aromas, red fruits, spices, jam and medicinal herbs. On the palate it is rich, structured, the alcoholic part is important but the quality and persistence of the aromas make it harmonious.
