Mixed Dried Mushrooms with Porcini 50gr

Preparation tips: soak the mushrooms in warm water for about 10 minutes. Rinse them, removing any residue deposited in the container. For cooking, use their water, filtering through a fine mesh strainer and absorbent kitchen paper.

Ingredients: Shii-take (lentinus adodus) 38%, pleurotus ostreatus 37%, porcini mushrooms (25% boletus edulis and related group).

GLUTEN FREE product.
Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, the product should be stored in a glass jar protected from humidity and heat.
