We made these ragù following ancient recipes and using simple and genuine raw materials.
Recommendations for use: excellent for seasoning first courses, they can also accompany polenta.
Ingredients: Chamois 65%, red wine, carrots, extra virgin olive oil, tomato pulp, onions, CELERY, corn starch, salt, spices.

Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at a temperature between +2°/+6° C and consume within 3 days.
