We made these ragù following ancient recipes and using simple and genuine raw materials.
Recommendations for use: excellent for seasoning first courses, they can also accompany polenta.
Ingredients: Venison 65%, tomato pulp, red wine, extra virgin olive oil, onions, carrots, grappa, CELERY, corn starch, salt, spices.

GLUTEN FREE product.
Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at a temperature between +2°/+6° C and consume within 3 days.
