Vuillermin

Valle d'Aosta ranks first in the world for the ratio between wine produced and native vines grown. The rare Vuillermin plant is the joy and sorrow of the Aosta Valley vigneron: very fragile and delicate in spring, robust and rustic in summer with compact bunches and silver-blue colored eggs in autumn. Reduced to a few thousand units it gives us a wine with a delicate aroma, rich in body, structure, tannic and balanced.
